Please figure out a way to clean up this mess. There are too many people who get promoted because they make themselves popular among promoting authorities. Yet these people do not have the skills to manage a group of people and so that is where favoritism happens which is also a problem to meeting your equality agenda. These people favor the people that are not struggling and are making that persons metrics look impressionable. Metrics are important they don't lie if they are not tampered with. However if people on a team are struggling regardless of their demographics they do not need to be ignored they also need attention. I hope this makes sense and please please please fix this.
