How This Works
The U.S. Department of Labor's (DOL) Advancing Worker Equity in Labor Policies, Programs and Procurement National Online Dialogue is an opportunity for you to share your ideas on how the DOL can promote equity across the U.S. workforce through its worker-focused policies, employment support programs and federal procurement activities. Through this dialogue, you’ll inform DOL's initiatives to foster greater employment and economic opportunities for people from historically underserved communities.
The dialogue works by allowing you to respond to the different conversation topics by sharing an idea. You can join anytime, anywhere, from any device, at your convenience. Even if you don’t have an idea to share, you can add to the conversation by commenting and voting on ideas submitted by others. The steps for participating in the DOL's Advancing Worker Equity in Labor Policies, Programs and Procurement National Online Dialogue are below.
